205 : Even the best fall down sometimes...

HEY EVERYONE!
As you can tell by the post title, I have done a little bad.
BUT ITS OKAY!
So yesterday I ate not the best
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
So for breakfast on Monday I had the regular banana and water.
Then for lunch later that day...


1. Turkey sandwich...
2. Nutella... ): BAD

3. And honey roasted peanuts...BUT! Only about 8...

It is better then what I could have had....of course the first couple days are the hardest considering it feels as if EVERYONE is offering yummy things to you NOW that you started.
But lets build that bridge and get over it...

Exercise for today:
45 min of Aerobics at 5:05 Pm
Tuesday (today)

1. Banana as usual...

Then some chicken for lunch...MMM :)

2. A pretzel with my best friend...:O

3. And taco salad...But I didn't get a picture, Thanks to my best friend Kinzy's mom, It was a great meal!


4. And 1 cookie.

What I learned the past 2 days is that you can eat a little bit of bad things, as long as you minimize them. So I am going to keep that in mind.

Exercise for today:
Bike For 35 min. at 7:00
