205 : Even the best fall down sometimes...

HEY EVERYONE!
As you can tell by the post title, I have done a little bad.
BUT ITS OKAY!
So yesterday I ate not the best
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
So for breakfast on Monday I had the regular banana and water.
Then for lunch later that day...


1. Turkey sandwich...
2. Nutella... ): BAD

3. And honey roasted peanuts...BUT! Only about 8...

It is better then what I could have had....of course the first couple days are the hardest considering it feels as if EVERYONE is offering yummy things to you NOW that you started.
But lets build that bridge and get over it...

Exercise for today:
45 min of Aerobics at 5:05 Pm
Tuesday (today)

1. Banana as usual...

Then some chicken for lunch...MMM :)

2. A pretzel with my best friend...:O

3. And taco salad...But I didn't get a picture, Thanks to my best friend Kinzy's mom, It was a great meal!


4. And 1 cookie.

What I learned the past 2 days is that you can eat a little bit of bad things, as long as you minimize them. So I am going to keep that in mind.

Exercise for today:
Bike For 35 min. at 7:00

LETS DO IT LADIES!

Every Monday and Wednesday I go to an aroabics class with my aunt!
It is a great way to get my mind off of things and to have fun while excersizing (:
Starting tomorrow I am going to be using my new indoor excersize bike that my mom just purchased today!

With all of these fun and new excersizing opportunites, I will have lots of things to help give my body energy.

Now....for the hard stuff.
-FOOD
I know I know TRUST ME, it is so freaking hard!!
Orange juice, (as you may know) is my weakness...IT HAS SO MUCH SUGAR.
So...this weeks goal is to NOT have ANY orange juice...is it possible?
I think YES.
Through out this whole thing guys, NEVER loose faith no matter how hard the trial is.

Lets focus on good energy this week guys...

Story of the week:
Last week (Wednesday Jan 22nd 2014) I went into my 2nd aerobics class. Before the class, around 2 hours before...I had had fries and chicken strips (MY WEAKNESS) and though to myself, ohhh it wont hurt if I eat this and go to class...I am so hungry anyway. Well, when I walked into the studio...I could taste the chicken in my mouth. Ewww I thought I shouldn't have done this. Because of this decision, I could feel my body get so much more tireder then I did my first aerobic class on Monday. 
So guys, eat good so that your body and burn it off as good energy. 

I am bad at this crime, trust me. But if I stop doing it, I am sure you can too.

-45 Min a day of excersize
-Look in the mirror in the morning and before I go to bed and say;
"I can do this. I am beautiful and confident. Nothing can stop me now."
-Believe in myself

So today is the first day! I have been doing my best so far...  Just so you know, the post is my current weight :) After I write my first post, I want to post the workout that I will be doing after.

So here are my goals: 
-NO SUGAR
-30 MINUTES OF EXERCISE A DAY
-GOOD MEALS
-STAY WITH IT

So lets begin shall we?

My diet today was:

Orange juice and 1 banana: (For breakfast)



Tomatoes: (For a snack during class encase my blood-sugar goes low)


Chicken: (For lunch)


And for dinner:


Bacon (I kind of gave in...)







30 Minutes of Exercise:



Well, this will be interesting. :)
